Severe Weather Awareness Week Contest 2024

About This Project

Help promote Severe Weather Awareness February 5-9, 2024 by drawing, painting, or digitally creating an original work of art about Florida's sometimes severe weather. Presented in partnership with Osceola County Emergency Management.

All artwork should include a written safety message to help teach others about severe weather safety and preparedness. Visit readyosceola.org for helpful information from Osceola County Emergency Management about what to include in your message.

Original artwork must be submitted using this submission page by February 3, 2024.

Contest is open to students grades K-12.

The winning artist will be invited to an Osceola Board of County Commissioners' meeting to celebrate, and their artwork will be shared across the County on social media and displayed at the winner's local library!

• Extreme Temperatures
• Wildfires
